For better or worse, I've never been great at talking about myself, but if you took the time to come all the way here, I can hang around for a little bit.

I've always been one to want to know how things worked, from (possibly) annoying my parents as a small child by constantly asking "Why? Why? Why?", to voraciously reading books, and even now as it translated into my academic career. My background in cogntive science has let me explore how and why humans work through many different lenses. Paired with a cultivated design sense from studying interactive arts and technology and my extensive work in academic research labs, I can truly get at how people interact with the myriad of products we use everyday, begin to sate that curiosity, and work towards improving those experiences for everyone.
